You'll thrive in this role if you bring executive presence, a strategic mindset, and a track record of building high-impact partnerships within financial services or financial technology.

### Key Responsibilities

Lead the evaluation, negotiation, and structuring of complex partnership agreements, ensuring terms that balance commercial value and risk.

Collaborate with Revenue, Product, Finance, and Legal leaders to develop pricing strategies and financial models that optimize partner performance and revenue impact. Provide data-driven strategic recommendations to senior leadership, translating market insights and partner dynamics into actionable growth plans. Champion continuous improvement of partnership frameworks, processes, and governance to support a scalable and high-performing partner channel.

### Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CAIA) strongly preferred. 10+ years of experience in partnership development, channel management, or business development within financial services or financial technology. Minimum 5 years of experience in the institutional investment industry with deep knowledge of the landscape and client needs. Demonstrated success in structuring and executing complex commercial agreements with measurable business outcomes.

Proven ability to influence and align diverse internal and external stakeholders, including C-suite leaders, across matrixed organizations. Strong financial acumen with experience building and interpreting models to evaluate partnership performance and strategic trade-offs.

### Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Nasdaq eVestment's platform and the institutional investment analytics market. Knowledge of Private Markets industry trends and alternative investment strategies.
