## Job description

【岗位介绍】
- 负责玉米、小麦等原粮的市场调研与行情分析，制定销售策略，参与现货、期货及招投标等多渠道交易。
- 开拓并维护饲料厂、贸易商、养殖企业等客户资源，完成合同签订与执行，提升客户粘性。
- 协同物流、仓储、财务等部门，保障货物交付与结算，并反馈市场信息，优化采购与库存管理。 【岗位要求】
- 学历本科及以上，毕业时间2年内，社会关系简单、有发展潜力，可塑性强，具有良好的沟通和谈判能力；

### 需求专业
- 市场营销、国际经济与贸易、经济学、物流管理、粮食工程、金融学、经济学等；
- 饲料采购、大宗农产品销售相关工作经验优先；
- 东北/华北/中原/南方大区内办公，需要根据业务需求出差；
