## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 依据公司战略与发展规划，主导干部管理体系相关的制度、流程、工具的建立、完善及优化；
- 牵头构建集团各层级干部选拔体系（含标准、流程、评估工具），主导关键岗位干部选拔与任免支持，保障选拔公平高效，满足业务对管理人才的需求；
- 设计管理 / 专业序列干部晋升通道及标准，搭建任职资格体系与认证流程，实现干部晋升 “有标准、有路径”；
- 构建多维度干部评价体系，牵头年度人才盘点，输出能力报告，支撑干部任免与发展；
- 主导组织诊断与设计，变革方案制定与推进，干部体系适配与优化的工作。

### 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 至少5年以上在大型企业（万人以上）从事人力资源管理、组织发展或干部管理相关工作，管理干部规模千人以上；
- 有主导或深度参与过人才盘点、机制建设、大型干部评议等项目的完整经验。
