## Job description

### 现场管理
- 深入现场，发现问题和解决问题；对人机料法环进行精细化管理，降本增效。

### 计划执行
- 根据生产计划，安排车间生产加工，保证计划100%执行。

### 品质管理
- 按照工艺标准和产品标准要求，指导现场加工生产，保证产品品质符合客户需求。

### 人才培养
- 灵活开展人员技能培训、绩效考核、综合素质提升，提升人员综合实力。

### 学历
- 本科及以上。

### 专业
- 专业不限，工业工程类、管理类专业优先。

### 素质能力
- 执行力强；能够深入车间发现问题、解决问题；具有一定的组织管理能力、沟通协调能力。

### 经验
- 有1-3年生产管理相关工作经验优先考虑（有屠宰相关经验者优先考虑）。
