## Job description

### 成本管理
- 制定毛猪采购计划，同等成本下，通过选猪提升毛猪胴体率、级别指标，提升毛猪整体产值；

### 行情监测
- 通过了解同行信息，及时准确了解市场供需关系，支撑运营定价；

### 品质管理
- 将内部屠宰各环节数据及时反馈上游养殖，督促提升毛猪品质，实现养殖与屠宰利润最大化；

### 承运商管理
- 负责承运商开发、培训、管理工作，提升承运商运营能力，保证采购计划准确、高效执行，实现合作共赢；

### 车辆调度
- 负责计划车辆的安排、调度，同时对运输环节进行追踪监督，及时处理异常问题，保证生猪在途品质，实现高效供应 任职要求：

### 学历
- 本科及以上。

### 专业
- 专业不限，物流管理、交通运输、工商管理等相关专业优先。

### 素质能力
- 具有良好的沟通协调能力和较强的抗压能力；踏实肯干，责任心强。

### 经验
- 有1-3年承运商管理或物流调度等相关经验者优先考虑。
