## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 制定和实施种猪基因组选择总体战略和年度计划；
- 构建、优化和维护适用于集团各核心群体的基因组育种值选育评估体系；
- 主导进行基因分型芯片的定制、选择与测试；
- 主导基因组选配方案的设计与落地；
- 各核心群主要经济性状功能基因挖掘。

### 学历
- 硕士及以上学历（优秀者可放宽至本科学历），退役军人优先；

### 专业
- 动物遗传育种与繁殖、畜牧、兽医、动物科学、动物营养与饲料、畜禽养殖相关专业；
- 对种猪繁殖和育种有深入的理解，熟悉人工授精技术、遗传学原理，具备相关实际操作经验；
- 可深入一线，接受长期在猪场一线的工作环境，有过养猪经历优先；
- 具备数据分析和决策能力、积极应对挑战的态度、强烈的兴趣和责任心；
- 良好的团队合作精神和协调能力。
