## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 搭建饲料质量管理体系，确保合法合规，0风险；
- 建立质量运行机制并推动落地，实现质量精准评价；
- 设计生产过程质量关键控制点，制定督查方案，全面监督，确保0事故；
- 负责成品及半成品检测，推动快检技术研发，确保检测100%覆盖；
- 制定饲料异常处理方案，及时预警，跟进整改闭环；

### 负责客户端质量管理
- 投诉处理、现场服务、定期回访，确保满意度100%；负责屠宰端饲料异常排查与闭环；
- 负责化验室布局建设、运营体系管理及团队绩效管理；
- 推动设备智能化、快检升级及信息化建设；
- 搭建人才梯队，统筹绩效考核与利益分配，深入现场推动5S管理。 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，动物营养、动物科学、食品科学与工程、饲料工程、质量管理等相关专业，退役军人优先；
- 有实验室运营管理经验者优先；
- 熟练运用SPC、鱼骨图、5Why等质量工具；
- 具备经营思维与团队管理潜力，责任心强，乐于深入一线；
- 持有饲料检验员证、内审员资格证者优先。
