## Job description

### 职位描述
- 根据公司发展需求，建立健全公司绩效管理体系；
- 负责推进绩效管理机制和奖励制度落地，保证业务目标达成；
- 结合BP做好过程管理，确保绩效成果达成；
- 及时做好业绩核算及奖励发放，确保奖励及时性。

### 任职要求

1、本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理、企业管理、财务管理、会计学、社会学等相关专业，有相关工作经验者优先； 2、积极的工作态度，强执行力，优秀的沟通能力、推动能力以及解决问题的能力。
