## Job description

### 准确执行营养部下发最新配方
- 每天开机配料前需对配料称门、混合机门、秤体传感器进行一次点检，是否正常和漏料；
- 根据生产需求紧急性适时调整生产计划，做好各岗位沟通，及时、准确更换品种，记录准确无误，杜绝配料断料影响制粒生产；
- 实时监控配料系统面板，检查核对及修正配料参数，提高配料精度；
- 每3批与小料投料工核对配料批数与投料批数，不定时检查复核小料投料的品种与重量是否一致和正确；
- 负责称重传感器校准；
- 一周清理混合机一次、成品粉料提升机等所属的卫生区域设备清理；
- 统筹协助解决班组内其他岗位的生产问题，保证上下游生产顺畅。

### 任职要求

1、学历：大专及以上学历，优秀者可放宽至中专； 2、专业：电气自动化、电控、电力工程、机械类、机械制造及其自动化等相关专业。
