## Job description

### 经营管理
- 深度参与业务复盘，对养殖成本、市场价格等核心经营数据进行专项分析，为管理决策提供财务支持。

### 预算管理
- 协助公司全面预算的编制、跟踪与管控，分析执行偏差，优化资源配置。

### 资金与风险
- 企业资金筹划与调度，参与内控体系建设，识别并预警经营风险。

### 核算与报表
- 掌握生物资产等行业特殊业务的会计核算，参与编制合并报表及财务报告。

### 现场管理
- 定期深入业务现场，了解现场业务管理痛点并做好现场稽查； 任职要求：

### 学历专业
- 本科及以上学历，会计、财务管理等相关专业优先，退役军人优先。

### 核心能力
- 【1】扎实财务基础： 精通Excel，对数据敏感，具备优秀的数据分析和逻辑推理能力。 【2】商业洞察力： 对商业运营有浓厚兴趣，具备业务视角和经营意识，能从财务数据中发现业务问题。 【3】快速学习能力： 思维敏捷，主动性强，能快速学习生猪行业知识及生物资产等特殊会计准则。 【4】综合素质： 具备出色的沟通表达能力、抗压能力和团队协作精神，有志于在生猪养殖行业长期发展。

### 加分项
- 通过CPA部分科目，或拥有事务所、券商、投行、大型上市公司财务相关实习经历者优先。
