## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 供应商管理:负责类目供应商引进与运营，定期考核、评估方案，以持续改善供应商服务水平；
- 成本控制:根据成本构成因素分析采购策略与方案，通过谈判、比价等方式有效控制采购成本，确保产品及附属服务的性价比优势;
- 商品开发:通过联动销售团队、市调等方式识别客户需求，及时并准确寻找符合市场需求的新商品，不断丰富商品品类;
- 市调:对市场同类产品、同行业、竞争对手进行市场调研，完成商品比价、品质问题收集，以确保商品价格及品质优势;
- 营销:掌握商品的销售数据变化，与营采销联动制定合适的活动方案，确保品类业绩达成。

### 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，具有3年以上品类采购经验优先，退役军人优先;
- 具有生鲜电商、大型商超、农产品经销、社区团购等相关行业经历;
- 采购专业性强，具有供应商资源积累;
- 谈判能力、数据分析能力、跨部门协调能力佳，结果导向；
- 需要接受全国26个区域轮岗，每个区域半年时间。
