## Job description

### 岗位职责

构建职业化管理体系，公司持续发展，基业长青！

### 文化研究
- 对哲学、历史、国家政策等研读，汲取精华思想，升级企业文化。

### 政令建设
- 负责制度文件的全流程管理，包括起草、修订与审核工作，确保内容合法合规、支撑公司发展。统筹政令发布与推进，协调各部门资源，解决政策落地过程中的难点，保障执行100%。

### 系统建设
- 协助梳理工作流程，优化沟通机制，支撑部门与组织目标达成。

### 政务事务
- 国家政策解读与落地，协助政企对接、事务协调，保障高效推进。

### 任职要求
- 本科及以上应届生，公共管理、法学、政治学、经济学、行政管理等相关专业优先，退役军人优先。
- 有相关政策研究、政令建设、政府事务等相关实力经历优先。
- 有同理心，悟性高，学习力强，团队沟通协作能力强。
