## Job description

### 合规管理
- 完善业务及管理系统，保障各子公司在手续合同及建设、运营过程中合法合规；

### 成本管控
- 通过财经管理和绩效管理，落实成本管控、能源管控及技术优化方案，不断降低运行成本；

### 标杆厂建设
- 定期对各子公司进行培训、检查、评比、考核，不断提升各厂运营管理标准，支撑标杆子公司的打造。

### 任职资格

1、学历专业：本科及以上学历，环境工程、环境科学、环境科学与工程等相关专业； 2、素质能力：责任心强，有领导力，统筹协调能力强，沟通表达能力好；热爱环保事业，有钻研精神和数字化建设能力。
