## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 根据公司战略，完善公司绩效管理体系；
- 结合公司发展战略，不断优化调整薪酬水平、薪酬结构、激励手段等专业设计，满足公司发展需求；
- 服务业务部门，制定合理有效的考核制度、考核指标和考核标准并指导执行，提升部门业绩。

### 岗位要求

1、本科及以上学历； 2、3年以上中大型企业人力资源/绩效管理工作经验； 3、有清晰绩效激励思路，具备良好的分析、诊断能力，利润思维强，信念坚定，目标感强； 4、具有严谨的逻辑思维能力，优秀的沟通能力和解决问题能力。
