## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 实时跟踪市场动态，研判长中短期行情，辅助制定精准的销售策略；
- 通过对市场供需及同行布局的掌握和判断，制定区域市场价格，维持价量平衡，实现区域利润最大化；
- 根据每个市场的竞争格局和市场消费偏好，市场深耕与客户开发情况，制定差异性的市场价格，提高市场竞争力；
- 根据公司业务需要，产出专题研究报告，支撑相关业务，与公司各部门协同解决关键问题，推动整体业绩达成。

### 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，金融学、统计学、数学、经济学、工商管理等财经类、数学类等相关专业；
- 敏感的市场感知能力，可以根据市场的变化迅速地作出反应和决策；
- 优秀的数据整理、分析能力，具备利润导向思维和结构性思考能力；
- 逻辑清晰，细致严谨，具备抗压能力和责任心；

### 良好的沟通协调能力，善于发现和解决问题； 亮点说明
- 隶属公司运营部——统筹负责公司的战略、目标、利润管理、价格管理、供应链管理、组织绩效等核心模块，汇报对象为公司董监高；
- 大型项目多，公司平台大，发展前景好；
