## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 生产计划统筹制定，过程追踪；
- 产品质量管理，落实生产标准规范，保证质量0问题；落实安全生产规范，现场隐患排查整改，保证安全0事故；
- 现场生产人工效能、材料利用率把控，工艺优化落地实施；
- 生产MES系统使用统筹，现场报表使用统筹；

### 车间生产人员合理调配、现场8S管理，现场标准化规范落地； 岗位要求
- 大专及以上学历；
- 具有一年以上生产管理经验、安全管理经验者优先；
- 工作认真负责、细心，有较强的沟通协调能力、管理能力；
