## Job description

岗位职责
- 投资者关系与资本市场沟通 搭建并维护机构投资者、券商分析师、媒体沟通体系，管理公司市值预期，做好市值维护工作。
- 投资分析 结合公司经营情况，编制年度投资预算计划，搭建对外投资模型，输出投资分析报告，支撑资产配置决策。
- 资本运作 结合公司发展需要，主导再融资、股权激励、股份回购等资本运作项目落地实施，具备全流程实操能力。
- 风险管理 对监管红线高度敏感，具备风险预判能力，全面把控信息披露、合规运营中的风险节点，保障公司合法合规运作。
- 部门管理 负责融资证券部团队建设与日常管理，统筹三会治理、信息披露、融资管理等专项工作高效运转。 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，金融、财务、经济、法律等相关专业优先；退役军人优先；
- 熟悉《公司法》《证券法》及上市公司监管法规，持有CPA、CFA、法律职业资格者优先；
- 具备投资者关系管理、投资分析与建模、资本运作项目实操及风险合规把控能力；
- 风险意识极强，严谨细致，具备优秀的外部沟通协调能力与文字功底。
