- 掌握金融知识，熟悉运用多种供应链金融模式，充分开发和利用区域供应链资源

- 区域供应商开发与培育，做好供应链管理，提升原料采购竞争力

### 商情调研
- 做好市场供需调研、市场数据监测，支撑区域动态供需平衡表

### 采购模式创新
- 拓宽采购渠道，做好资源调配
