## Job description

Job description Micro Gauge, a CNC machining shop in Brighton, is seeking a High Volume CNC Machinist on all shifts Schedules: Third Shift: 11 pm to 7 am Sunday - Thursday First Shift: 7am-3pm Monday-Friday Second Shift: 3 pm to 11 pm Monday - Friday Responsibilities Include:
- Meeting production and scrap goals
- Reporting hourly production, scrap and downtime on appropriate form
- Inspecting machined parts for surface defects and verifying conformance to specifications provided in job book instructions using measuring instruments
- Changing tools and making offsets to machines as needed Qualifications Include:
- Ability to read, comprehend and follow simple instructions
- Previous CNC experience required ·Experience with lathes and mills -Knowledge of Opt 10 and Opt 20
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
- Standing and repetitive bending and twisting If interested please STOP and review the following criteria prior to applying:
