### Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team to deliver procurement, tendering, contract administration and commercial management services in accordance with corporate policies and procedures
- Oversee the tendering process, evaluate commercial and contractual submissions, and make recommendations for contract awards
- Administer major contracts and consultancies, including claims management, contract interpretation, cost control and extension of time assessments
- Review and verify interim payments, variations, claims and final accounts to ensure timely and accurate contract administration
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, consultants and contractors to resolve contractual, commercial and risk management issues
- Monitor project costs, contractual performance and claims, providing professional advice and recommendations to support project delivery objectives!*!

### Requirements

Degree in Engineering / Quantity Surveying or a related discipline A minimum of 12 years’ relevant experience in contract administration for railway or large-scale infrastructure projects, of which 4 years should be at managerial level Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional institution
- Proven experience in contract management, claims assessment and dispute resolution
- Strong leadership and analytical with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
