[Apply on MTR’s careers site →](https://careers.mtr.com.hk/careersection/mtr_external/jobdetail.ftl?job=91327&lang=en) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [MTR](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/mtr/) / Academy Affairs Assistant (Ref: 2500015V) ## Job description !*! ### Responsibilities Provide clerical and marketing administrative support to the MTR Academy, including manning hotline and the reception counter, arranging tour logistics, compiling statistical reports as well as handling student affairs Support the daily operations of the training centre and assist in the marketing activities of the Academy, including preparation of marketing materials and event coordination!*! ### Requirements Grade E / Level 2 / "Attained" or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE including English and Chinese languages with at least 4 years' relevant experience; or Preferably be a Degree holder with at least 1 year’s relevant experience Good organizational and time management skills Hands-on experience in various software applications such as Microsoft Office, and Chinese and English word processing Experience in customer service will be an advantage A good team player with good communication skill in English, Chinese (including Putonghua) Remarks Required to perform shift duties on irregular patterns of hours Applications You are invited to apply online via http\://www.mtr.com.hk/mtr_job_en or send in your CV stating the position (with reference number) you are applying for by mail to Human Resource Management Department, MTR Corporation, G.P.O.
