### Responsibilities
- Lead a team of property management staff and service contractors to provide high quality and reliable management and maintenance services for residential properties managed by the Corporation
- Maintain a harmonious relationship with owners, tenants and residents
- Plan, monitor and oversee the overall property management services, such as cleaning, security, club house management, control of common areas and enforcement of the provisions under the Deeds of Mutual Covenant
- Liaise and hold meetings with Owners’ Committees, residents, Government Departments, District Councillors and local organizations
- Handle intake of new properties at the pre-management stage!*!

### Requirements

Degree in a property-related discipline Possession of Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence and membership of a recognized professional institution A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in the management of large residential properties, of which 2 years should be at managerial or supervisory level
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to drive results and service quality
