### Responsibilities
- Provide technical reviews, advice and workable solutions for implementation of the Corporation's property development projects in Hong Kong from inception to completion and handover
- Assist in the preparation of master development schemes to facilitate implementation of development agreements for property development projects
- Facilitate the developers as well as their project managers and consultants to ensure satisfactory completion and delivery of property projects
- Facilitate coordination with internal parties for interfacing with railway facilities and handover to Property Management teams
- Provide technical advice on sustainability and innovative designs to suit for new property developments!*!

### Requirements

Degree in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related discipline A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience, of which 2 years should be at managerial level Possession of a recognised professional qualification in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related discipline Experience in large-scale developments with good knowledge of property markets and planning, building services and E&M systems, contract administration, project costing and programming is essential
