## Job description

### Reports To

Senior Manager - Cloud Business Technology Division: Enterprise Business Mission: Lead the acquisition, growth, and retention of SME and startup customers by positioning MTN portfolio of cloud, managed security, and managed infrastructure solutions as the preferred cloud platform, and establish MTN Nigeria as the trusted digital transformation partner of choice across Nigeria.

### Description

Own and grow assigned territory or sector within the Medium Enterprise market. Drive outbound engagement through prospecting, demos, and needs-based solutioning. Convert leads to opportunities and closing new businesses, coordinating with sales pod teammates. Maintain deal hygiene and opportunity progress in CRM. Represent MTN Cloud at roadshows, workshops, and business network events. Keep the CRM pipeline updated and align with sales stages.

Share customer feedback with marketing, technical, and product teams. Execute standardized proposals and pricing templates in collaboration with sales support. Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), partner channel reps, and Customer Success for a seamless experience. Provide feedback for refinement of SME playbooks, onboarding journeys, and training content Education: First degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field Cloud and Sales certifications (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner, Salesforce CRM) preferred Experience: 6 - 13 years’ experience which includes: 2–5 years in SME or mid-market B2B sales Experience selling SaaS, IT services, or telco products is an advantage Familiarity with digital tools for prospecting and CRM
