[Apply on MTN Group’s careers site →](https://ehle.fa.em2.oraclecloud.com/hcmUI/CandidateExperience/en/sites/CX_1/job/7799) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [MTN Group](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/mtn-group/) / Manager - Product ICT Solutions.Enterprise Business ## Job description ### Reports To Senior Manager - Solutions Development Division: Enterprise Business Mission: To establish MTN Nigeria as the leading enterprise digital transformation partner through a differentiated portfolio of cloud, managed security, and infrastructure solutions that drive scalable and sustainable revenue growth. ### Description Define and own the product roadmap for cloud, managed security, and managed infrastructure offerings, aligned to MTN's enterprise revenue diversification strategy. Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify white space, pricing benchmarks, and emerging enterprise ICT needs across targeted segments. Build the business case (TAM/SAM, pricing model, margin structure) for new product launches and enhancements, working with other EB teams. Work with technology partners (technology providers, security vendors, infrastructure OEMs) to co-develop and localize ICT solutions for the Nigerian market. Define product requirements, service specifications, and SLAs in collaboration with Technology, IT, and Network teams. Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle — from concept and business case, through launch, adoption tracking, and eventual retirement or refresh. Work with internal stakeholders to develop pricing, packaging, and commercial models that make solutions easy for enterprise sales teams to position and close. Act as subject matter expert for ICT solutions product within customer engagements and industry events. Partner with Marketing on product launch campaigns, collateral, and market messaging. ### Education Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Postgraduate qualification (MBA, MSc) is an advantage. Product Management certification, Cloud certifications, Cybersecurity certifications, Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum). ### Fluent in English Experience 6 - 13 years’ experience which includes: Experience in product management, ICT solution development, or related commercial/technical roles, with at least 3 years in telecoms, ICT, cloud, or managed services environment. Demonstrated experience launching, managing, and scaling B2B technology products or services — ideally within cloud services, managed security, managed infrastructure, or enterprise IT solutions. Experience working with technology partners/vendors in a co-development, resale, or managed service capacity. Strong consultative selling, solution design, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of the enterprise/B2B ICT market in Nigeria (or Africa), including customer buying behavior, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.
