## Job description

Financial Advisor - Long Neck, DE Launch your advisory career with M&T Bank. We’re seeking a licensed banker or early-career advisor to grow within the Western Sussex County market—partnering with a top-producing Senior Advisor while building your own book through a strong referral network.

### What You’ll Do
- Build client relationships through referrals and branch partnerships
- Deliver investment and insurance solutions
- Support portfolio reviews and client lifecycle management
- Partner across Retail, Business Banking, and Wealth teams What You Bring: Banking, sales, or client-facing experience (licensed preferred)
- Strong relationship-building skills and growth mindset Licenses (or willing to obtain): Series 7, 63, and 65/66 Life/Variable Insurance Experience Required: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years' sales, sales administration, financial services, and/or retail banking experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 6 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 2 years' sales, sales administration, financial services, and/or retail banking experience FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 or 66 licenses Pertinent state Life/Variable Insurance (LAH) licenses ​ Why M&T: Hands-on mentorship from a senior producer Established referral network Clear path to grow your own practice About Wilmington Advisors @ M&T Wilmington Advisors @ M&T is a brand name used by LPL representatives to offer securities, advisory, and insurance services and is not a separate legal entity.
