## Job description

Financial Advisor - Gramercy East Join Wilmington Advisors @M&T in the heart of Downtown Manhattan. We're seeking an experienced Financial Advisor with a proven track record of building and deepening client relationships, growing a book of business, and delivering sophisticated investment and wealth planning solutions to affluent and high-net-worth clients.

### What You’ll Do
- Expand and cultivate client relationships through referrals, centers of influence, and strategic partnerships
- Deliver customized investment, insurance, and wealth management solutions
- Lead portfolio reviews and provide proactive financial guidance aligned with clients' goals
- Partner closely with Retail, Business Banking, Commercial Banking, and Wealth teams to identify and serve client needs
- Grow your practice within a highly collaborative and referral-rich environment What You Bring: Banking, sales, or client-facing experience (licensed preferred)

### Strong relationship-building skills and growth mindset Licenses

Series 7, 63, and 65/66 Life/Variable Insurance Experience Required: Combined minimum of 6 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 2 years’ sales experience FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 or 66 licenses Pertinent state Life/Variable Insurance (LAH) licenses Why M&T: Established referral network and client acquisition opportunities Collaborative Wealth, Retail, and Business Banking partnerships Robust planning, investment, and lending solutions Opportunity to expand your practice in the Manhattan market About Wilmington Advisors @ M&T Wilmington Advisors @ M&T is a brand name used by LPL representatives to offer securities, advisory, and insurance services and is not a separate legal entity.
