Manages a high volume of manual transactions, updating multiple systems, investigating and resolving outstanding items, and producing profit and loss reporting. ### Primary Responsibilities Reconcile and process a high volume of large transfer fee transactions for GCM clients daily; investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks and unmatched items. Process fee returns, adjustments and corrections as required; support profit and loss analysis by ensuring accurate capture of fee income and adjustments. Maintain accurate records across multiple internal systems. Monitor outstanding receivables and proactively chase unpaid amounts. Ensure all transactions are processed within defined service levels and control standards. Produce monthly reporting relating to transfer fee activity and profitability. Escalate issues, trends or risks that could impact revenue collection or operational performance; identify opportunities to improve existing processes and controls while working within a largely manual environment. Maintain strong audit trails and supporting documentation for all processing activities. Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management. Promote an environment that supports a culture of belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand. Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
