## Job description

Financial Advisor - Nyack, NY Join Wilmington Advisors @M&T serving the Hudson Valley market. We're seeking an experienced Financial Advisor with a strong track record of building trusted client relationships, growing a book of business, and delivering personalized wealth management solutions to affluent individuals, families, and business owners throughout the region.

### What You’ll Do
- Expand and cultivate client relationships through referrals, centers of influence, and strategic partnerships
- Deliver customized investment, insurance, and wealth management solutions
- Lead portfolio reviews and provide proactive financial guidance aligned with clients' goals
- Partner closely with Retail, Business Banking, Commercial Banking, and Wealth teams to identify and serve client needs
- Grow your practice within a highly collaborative and referral-rich environment Experience Required: Combined minimum of 6 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 2 years’ sales experience FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 or 66 licenses Pertinent state Life/Variable Insurance (LAH) licenses Why M&T: Established referral network and strong client acquisition opportunities Deeply rooted community presence throughout the Hudson Valley market Collaborative partnerships across Retail, Business Banking, and Wealth Management Comprehensive investment, planning, trust, and lending capabilities to support client needs Opportunity to expand an existing book of business while benefiting from the resources and stability of a leading regional bank About Wilmington Advisors @ M&T Wilmington Advisors @ M&T is a brand name used by LPL representatives to offer securities, advisory, and insurance services and is not a separate legal entity.

The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
