The team creates new equity analytic models by combining statistical modeling expertise with a deep understanding of investment problems. ### Your Key Responsibilities - Conduct equity factor research that integrates financial theory with statistical rigor - Deliver research that powers new equity analytics products - Contribute to thought leadership through research innovation and publishing - Collaborate with product, technology, and sales teams - Present complex systems and methods to a broad range of audiences Your skills and experience that will help you excel We're looking for a highly motivated individual with strong quantitative, programming, and problem-solving skills, and a deep interest in financial modeling. ### Specifically Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in finance, physics, mathematics, statistics, operations research, economics, or another quantitative discipline - Strong programming skills, particularly in Python - Solid foundation in econometrics and applied statistics Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools in day-to-day work - Ability to work independently and drive projects from design through delivery About MSCI What we offer you Transparent compensation schemes and comprehensive employee benefits, tailored to your location, ensuring your financial security, health, and overall wellbeing.
