Department Overview New Product Introduction Engineering a department that develops process and test solutions while the product matures in the new product life cycle. ### Job Description Test Process Management: Oversee the entire product testing lifecycle, from requirements analysis and test plan creation to execution, defect tracking, and reporting. ### Collaboration Work closely with R&D, design, and manufacturing teams to integrate testing activities seamlessly into the product development process. ### Quality Assurance Establish and maintain high standards for product quality and reliability through effective testing methodologies. ### Risk Management Identify and mitigate potential testing risks and challenges. ### Reporting Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress, issues, and overall product quality to senior management. ### Basic Requirements Strong background in LabView Development Experience. In-depth Knowledge in Hardware and RF testing principles and applications. Extensive Programming experience in C, C#, and C++. Proven experience in managing and leading technical teams. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with various testing methodologies (e.g., agile, waterfall) and test automation frameworks. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
