### Starting with the role

Currently, we are searching to hire a Pricing Executive, to join our team.

During your day you will:
- Develop comprehensive pricing strategies for all products and services to optimize sales and profitability across both physical and digital sales channels
- Conduct thorough analysis of external factors, including competitive pricing and market trends, alongside internal data, to guide strategic pricing decisions
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and finance teams to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with brand positioning and business goals
- Collaborate with the sales & operations team to ensure the effective implementation of pricing strategies across all points of sale
- Utilize pricing software and analytics to identify opportunities for price adjustments and improvements What you need to stand out: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or a related field Postgraduate studies will be considered a plus At least
- 5 years of experience in pricing, data analysis, or a related role within the retail or e-commerce industry
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Tableau, Power BI Strong understanding of pricing strategies and their financial impact Comprehensive understanding of retail industry trends and competitive market dynamics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and particularly in Excel Verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English Key skills/attributes: Communication & interpersonal skills Analytical thinking & problem-solving skills Attention to detail Flexibility and adaptability Teamwork spirit and collaboration
