These include access and erasure requests. In the Legal & Compliance division, we assist the Firm in achieving its business objectives by facilitating and overseeing the Firm's management of legal, regulatory and franchise risk. This is a Director level position within the Privacy Non-Financial Risk (NFR) team who are part of the second line of defence, governing and overseeing data subject rights requests and privacy across the Firm. Since 1935, Morgan Stanley is known as a global leader in financial services, always evolving and innovating to better serve our clients and our communities in more than 40 countries around the world. ### What you'll do in the role - Assist Privacy NFR to manage and respond to global data subject rights requests within statutory deadlines working with colleagues and partners across the Firm. - Assist Privacy NFR with the intake, processing, redactions and quality assurance checks of request responses prior to issuing. - Support Privacy NFR with oversight activity including monitoring of dashboards and production of metrics for reporting to governance groups. - Support Privacy NFR by providing advice and guidance on data subject rights to key stakeholders across the Firm. - Assist with quality assurance checks. What you'll bring to the role:? - Ability to collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams, business units and individuals at all levels. - Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines. - Proactive work ethic and team player mindset. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - An interest in data protection and privacy. - A willingness to learn and develop. - Experience with One Trust Privacy Automation tool or similar is preferred.
