MSREI currently manages $58 billion of gross real estate assets worldwide on behalf of its clients. ### Position Summary Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing is seeking a full-time experienced Analyst to join the MSREI Korea team to support a broad range of investment activities. The Analyst will have direct exposure to investment underwriting and evaluation, transaction execution and asset / portfolio management activities across real estate strategies. T eam members are responsible on a day-to-day basis for: - Financial modeling, valuation and analysis for investment targets (single asset, multi asset portfolio and corporate related opportunities) - With support from senior members, creation of investment committee memo and other internal materials - Market research and other fundamental analysis - Support on marketing / sourcing coverage and material preparation - Deal execution including negotiation and documentation - Support on asset management activities and internal quarterly valuation for investment under management Qualifications: - Fluency in both Korean and English is required - 1–3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, principal investing, real estate, private equity or consulting. - Positive attitude, strong motivation and team player personality - Logical thinking - Strong quantitative and qualitative skills - Strong organizational skills; ability to manage priorities and time effectively - Solid communication and interpersonal skills; ability to be personable yet persistent - Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills - Experience in Excel (required) and PowerPoint (preferred) - Knowledge of basic accounting and financial concepts; ability to analyze and value businesses (corporate analysis) ### WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY At Morgan Stanley, we raise, manage and allocate capital for our clients – helping them reach their goals.
