### Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Build channel and connect to MPS customers;
- Manage and develop key accounts to achieve the sales goal and drive new design-ins and design-wins;
- Customer relationship building;
- Coordinate with distributors on sales forecast, customer demand and inventory control;
- Coordinate with FAE and Marketing team on new product promotion and new market penetration.

### Requirements
- Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science/Engineering, over 3 years experience above in sales/ marketing of Analog or Mix signal IC;
- Experience with power management is preferred;
- Good communications skills and excellent interpersonal skills;
- Positive and aggressive attitude;
- Good planning and organization capability;
