### Job Description

Position: Device Engineer (GaN)

Report to: Director, GaN Products Location: Chengdu RESPONSIBILITIES: Build wafer level GaN measurement capabilities. Perform wafer level device characterizations, including DC/Pulsed/CV measurements. Perform wafer level stress tests and accelerated rel. Tests. Perform data analysis including device physics modeling/extraction and statistical analysis. Asist in device modeling. Work cross functional team with PE, TE and RE, offering device level guidance.

### REQUIREMENTS

M.S. Degree or higher, majoring in microelectronics. Good knowledge of semiconductor device fundamentals, device physics, modeling, design and fabrication. Hands on experience in semiconductor device characterization. Good math and physics foundations. Eager to learn. Have a strong sense of urgency. Familiar with coding (equipment control/automation, python, AI agent assisted coding). Monolithic Power Systems, Inc.
