Desempeñas un papel importante en el departamento, manteniendo sistemas y realizando tareas y actividades que apoyan nuestros procesos y cultura de mejora continua (CI). Ayudas con la recopilación de datos, aseguras su precisión, promueves el avance de CI y realizas el seguimiento de los scorecards de KPIs del departamento.

### Cómo contribuirás Tú

Proporcionarás formación sobre herramientas y técnicas de Mejora Continua (CI). También ayudarás a los departamentos a seguir nuestro sistema de gestión diaria (DMS) establecido. Ayudarás a los equipos a recopilar datos o extraerlos del sistema para apoyar las actividades de CI y el DMS. Facilitarás análisis de causa raíz para abordar las pérdidas identificadas y las brechas en los scorecards de KPIs departamentales. Establecerás nuevos estándares de trabajo para sostener la mejora.

Formarás y cualificarás a los compañeros/as en herramientas de CI y nuevos estándares de trabajo resultantes de las actividades de CI. Qué aportarás El deseo de impulsar tu futuro y acelerar tu carrera, junto con la siguiente experiencia y conocimientos: Experiencia en CI y sistemas de trabajo de alto rendimiento.Sólidas habilidades de facilitación y comunicación para apoyar las discusiones de equipo sobre actividades de CI.

Aplicación de herramientas lean y/o TPM en un entorno de fábrica u operaciones. Capacidad para manipular y validar datos en sistemas manuales y automatizados. Dominio de Excel y otras herramientas de análisis de datos. Organización y disciplina para apoyar y formar sobre el proceso DMS. Pensamiento lógico y estructurado para extraer insights de los datos.

### Qué ingredientes extra aportarás

Entre 3-5 años de experiencia en un rol similar en manufacturing. Experiencia o conocimiento de Lean Six Sigma, TPM. Entusiasmo por trabajar en un entorno de manufacturing. Buenas habilidades de comunicación. Experiencia analizando datos. Trabajo en equipo. Dominio del español y del inglés.

### Educación / Certificaciones

Estudios de Ingeniería o equivalente..
