How you will contribute You will run pilot plant and/or laboratory operations, prepare and maintain the equipment and ingredients needed, capture and report data with technical rigor and accuracy, and ensure the safe working and operation of equipment and environment. What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Working in teams and independently with the guidance of more senior team members Proactively identifying problems and assisting in creating and implementing solutions Applying your technical understanding of equipment and ingredients to support pilot plant and/or laboratory operations Recording and reporting data and activity outcomes accurately Lab/plant equipment operation/maintenance experience a distinct advantage More about this role What extra ingredients you will bring: Food manufacturing industry experiences a distinct advantage Education / Certifications: BS in Scientific field Preferred Travel requirements: Less Than 10% Work schedule: 5 Days a week from office Salary and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $51,100 to $70,300; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
