How you will contribute You will oversee the planning and execution of software and applications. To do so, you will manage an internal team and partner with external suppliers and use your deep technical and market knowledge and thorough understanding of our business goals find and deploy the right software and application solutions for the future. You will support programs to implement regional and global software and application strategies, offer input to financial planning and controls for software and applications on a regional and global level, collaborate with management and follow-up on requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments, explores opportunities to leverage scale and drive savings, and ensure that support service level objectives and key performance indicators are accomplished. You will bring experience and knowledge in: Managing staff and line responsibilities Managing large-scale software and application services Service delivery, support and excellence Program/Project management with experience managing multiple projects for budgets, resources, schedules and quality General technical background Understanding of integration and how different applications talk to each other Process and service orientation Business processes ### Preferred Experience End-to-end o9 implementations, including Merchandise Financial Planning and Long-Range Planning. Supply chain domain knowledge in FMCG/consumer goods, aligning with Mondelez-like operations. A. Knowledge, Experience and Education Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred. 10 years of overall experience. 7+ years in business analysis, with 3+ years hands-on o9 platform, SAP IBP, or equivalent. More than 3 years’ experience with the o9 platform, including configuration, customization, and integration. Large global team management, including internal and contract resources. Familiar operating in large and complex multi-national organizations to create alignment for her/his strategic priorities across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. B. Personal and Leadership Skills Large scale program / delivery management. Patience and perseverance to pursue results despite constraints; comfortable with ambiguity; and confidently manages risk and uncertainty; driven and results oriented and holds self and others accountable. Highly collaborative and the ability to influence cross-functional teams and work across levels. Execution discipline – following through, setting a focused strategic agenda, ensuring the highest level of excellence and delivering results. Naturally curious, with a passion for learning and finding new solutions that enhance business performance.
