Stanete se hlavním kontaktem pro zaměstnance ve výrobě pro řešení personálních záležitostí a také se zapojíte do různých lokálních projektů a iniciativ. Co bude náplní vaší práce? Seznámíte se s naší továrnou a budete poskytovat komplexní HR služby napříč organizací Správa data našich kmenových zaměstnanců v HR systémech Vyřizování HR požadavků od zaměstanců Vedení veškeré dokumentace (smlouvy, dodatky, výstupní dokumenty apod.) Nábor kmenových zaměstnanců včetně vedení pohovorů, komunikace s agenturou a onboardingu Zodpovědnost za neustálé zlepšování komplexních HR služeb Co od vás očekáváme? Mluvíte česky nebo slovensky a také anglicky Zkušenost z podobné pozice výhodou Nemáte problém pracovat s kolegy a manažery na dálku (remote management) Rozumíte si s počítačem a různými systémy Vzdělání v oblasti práva, HR nebo podobných oborů výhodou Výhodou je i zkušenost s náborem výrobních pozic a také zkušenost z mezinárodní společnosti a výrobního prostředí Pozice je na 0,5 úvazku a je na dobu určitou do konce roku 2027.
