How you will contribute You will: - Support Account Managers to ensure an effectively communicated, coordinated and focused sales effort against key commercial priorities - Negotiate with applicable account representatives, to build and maintain favorable and effective relationships with customers - Provide support for all activities necessary to managing the customer relationship effectively including trade funds, invoicing and claims queries, relevant sales promotions, merchandising, shelf management and national sales programs etc. What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Delivering results and problem solving Negotiation and influencing Planning and execution Analytical ability Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint More about this role What you need to know about this position: ### Responsibilities Supporting Customer management teams in the Convenience & Grocery Channel on key tasks. Collation of all Promotional activity and communication to Field Sales Teams. Ownership of Weekly Pricing Scorecard, ensuring pricing alignment with all customers. Creation of Promotional submissions for Account teams to communicate. Creation of New Line forms for relevant key accounts. Management of customer trade shows and trade days, co coordinating with Channel marketing. Updating relevant account product trackers. Point of contact for CDE’s and ARs on pricing and invoice queries. Forecasting system (TPM) baseline management including EDLP management Participation at both Foods and confectionery CPM meetings, implem enting relevant account actions What extra ingredients you will bring: Good knowledge of Promotions and how they work Ability to work at pace and with urgency, recognising the time-sensitive nature of the role and its direct impact on commercial outcomes New Product Development and Product substitution concepts should be well imbedded in their skill set A good communicator that would be comfortable talking to National Account Managers ( NAMs) and their Customers Someone who can use systems like SAP, be able to not only input data but be able to quickly understand what they are looking at, they will need to be able to recognis e if pricing is different on TPM to what pricing our customer service team have. Be able to work with volumes of data & organise themselves. Need to be pro-efficient in Excel, understand the mechanics of pricing and promotions. This role is considered pivotal along the Account Management career path. Relocation Support Available?
