We deliver centralized operations to our Molson Coors Business Units across the Globe in Finance, Master Data, Commercial, HR and IT Business Services. Our impressive brands portfolio across the world includes Miller Genuine Draft, Madri, Staropramen and Bergenbier. The Digital ProductContent and E-commerce Specialist is responsible for setting up and maintaining digital content across Molson Coors consumer-facing digital touchpoints. This role collaboratively partners with key business stakeholders, e-commerce, sales teams and distributors on the new item set-ups and ongoing maintenance of digital content to meet e-commerce growth needs. ### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Ensures that MCBC digital product catalog is complete and compliant with all retail requirements and that product content is delivered on-time - Manages bulk content ingestions; add metadata, bulk add metadata, bulk export metadata - Communicates to key stakeholders regarding eCommerce attribution updates/additions and facilitates the plan of action to deliver change requests - Provides system expertise in setting up inbound/outbound data feeds, gap analysis documents and syndication channel audits - Partners with key business stakeholders on the syndication of digital content across various digital touchpoints and retail eCommerce platforms SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years of relevant E-commerce experience E-commerce platforms experince (Vtex,Hybris,Salsify or others) Good communication & stakeholder management skills Time management and prioritization skills Advanced English level, both written and spoken Preferred: Experience in building projects for scratch including implementing new tools Experience with digital library platforms or CMS/DAM tools (WordPress, SharePoint, Bynder, E‑Commerce systems. etc) #LI-Hybrid Job Posting Grade: 10 Molson Coors Global Business Services is an equal opportunity employer. Our Total Rewards package includes a gross base salary of lei147,400.00 - lei193,500.00 (posting salary range) plus a 15 % target annual bonus, alongside a comprehensive benefits offering designed to support different needs and life stages: a medical subscription (with dental and vision coverage), life insurance, a monthly budget to spend on flexible benefits, wellbeing support, an Employee Assistance Programme and 22 days annual leave with additional days off for vintage and birthday. The salary range shown above reflects what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting.
