転勤あり（Global） M&A、投資をコアスキルとしつつ、キャリアの幅を広げたいあなたへ

## Responsibilities

各事業部門が行うM&A案件において専門性に基づく実行支援のほかに、全社目線での戦略的案件の提案および推進いただくことも期待しております。 海外・国内の様々な地域における幅広い事業領域を対象とした、バラエティ豊かな投資案件において、プリンシパルの立場で投資検討および投資実行に携わる経験を積むことができます。 初期検討段階から投資検討・実行フェーズに関与し、さらに投資実行後のバリューアップやExitに至るまで、投資サイクルの全フェーズに関与することで、 投資家としての幅広い視野と知見を身に付けることができます。

## Qualifications

･M&Aアドバイザリーや投資銀行カバレッジでの実務経験を有し、M&A案件をリードできる方 ･セルフスターター ･知的好奇心旺盛で勉強熱心な方 MUST ＜経験・資格＞ M&Aアドバイザリーや投資銀行カバレッジでの実務経験者 ＜TOEIC＞（※目安です。TOEICの取得は応募時に必須の条件ではございません） 850点以上 WANT ＜経験・資格＞ プリンシパルでの投資実務経験 ＜TOEIC＞（※目安です。TOEICの取得は応募時に必須の条件ではございません） 900点以上
