転勤有無問わず（G/Rどちらでも可） 事業経営・DX・投資を通じて、外食サプライチェーンの未来を創る仲間を募集しています！

## Responsibilities

流通事業本部の戦略的注力領域の一つである米国食品製造事業を更なる規模感ある事業群として育てるため、Hans Kissleの改善・経営管理や、関連新規事業投資案件の発掘・検討・実行と、更なるバリューアップをリードいただきます。将来的には米国関係会社へ出向し経営に携わっていただき、米国食品関連事業における経営人材としての活躍を期待します。

## Qualifications

・食品・消費者ビジネスに強い関心と熱意を有する方 ・好奇心旺盛で新しい領域へのチャレンジとコミットメントを厭わない方 ・数字をベースに物事を考えることが得意な方 ・プロジェクトマネジメント経験のある方 ・社内外の関係者と粘り強く信頼関係を築き合意形成をリードできる方 MUST ＜経験・資格＞ 以下計3年以上の経験者 経営コンサルティング(戦略立案、オペレーション改善等) 投資ファンド(投資、事業改善) 事業会社(戦略立案、M&A、PMI、海外事業) M&Aアドバイザリー、投資銀行業務 ＜TOEIC＞（※目安です。TOEICの取得は応募時に必須の条件ではございません） 800点以上 WANT ＜TOEIC＞（※目安です。TOEICの取得は応募時に必須の条件ではございません） 900点以上
