転勤あり（Global） 事業本部長直轄の少数精鋭チームで、M&Aや事業経営に最前線で携わりませんか？

## Responsibilities

新規投資案件の推進および本部事業ポートフォリオの良質化に携わっていただきます。 当室は、投資や経営のプロフェッショナルが集う「駆け込み寺」のような存在を目指し、本部内の各事業部、海外拠点、関係会社等と連携しながら、以下の業務に取り組みます。 -本部長直轄組織として、本部主力案件に関するM&A、事業経営、投資案件におけるプロジェクトマネジメントおよびエグゼキューション -交渉戦略の立案から実行までを担い、交渉への参画に加え、M&Aプロセス管理、事業プランの策定、財務モデリング、DD対応、契約書対応等を主体的に推進 -本部事業ポートフォリオの高度化および新規事業創出に向けた仕組みづくり

## Qualifications

・投資銀行やM&Aファーム、FASやPE等でM&Aや投資実務経験をお持ちの方 ・戦略コンサル等の経験から、事業良質化や事業創出の取り組みをできる方 ・境界を設けず、社内外関係者と確りと連携しながら主体的かつ積極的にチームの一員として働ける方 ・将来、事業開発や事業経営を担うことに興味をお持ちの方 MUST ＜経験・資格＞ ・投資銀行、PEファンド、M&Aファーム、FAS等でのM&A等、投融資実務経験 ・戦略コンサルティングファームでビジネスDDやPMI、事業良質化への仕組み作りの経験 ・英語での実務遂行能力
