## Responsibilities

国内/海外のグループ会社「経営改善プロジェクト」において、経営改善を推進するプロジェクトマネージャーとしての役割を担っていただきます。 また、三井物産グループ全体の事業経営力強化に向けた取り組みのリード役もお任せする予定です。

## Qualifications

・戦略コンサル(ビジネスコンサル)の専門性を積んでおり、自らリードして経営改善を担える方 ･知的好奇心旺盛で勉強熱心な方 MUST ＜経験・資格＞ 国内外戦略コンサルティングファーム及びPEファンドでの複数年にわたるチームマネジメント経験 ＜TOEIC＞（※目安です。TOEICの取得は応募時に必須の条件ではございません） 800点以上 WANT ＜経験・資格＞ ・事業会社でのマネジメント経験（経営改善経験） ・海外での業務経験 ・商社への理解度が高い方 ・MBAをお持ちの方 ＜TOEIC＞（※目安です。TOEICの取得は応募時に必須の条件ではございません） 900点以上
