## Job description

### BI

転勤有無問わず（G/Rどちらでも可） 世界中の人に、安心・安全な形で食料を届けるための仕組みづくり・オペレーションを担う仕事です。

## Responsibilities

①水産関連事業での知見・経験を活かした新規市場・販売先開拓を当社関係会社及び当社海外店と共に実行 ②海外・国内出資先事業の企業価値向上施策の策定と実行（提案資料作成、関係者との合意形成） ③世界の水産物需給動向や環境変化などを見据えた、当社水産事業戦略の更新とそれに基づく新規投資案件の開拓 尚、実際にご入社いただく方のバックグラウンドやスキル、現メンバーの状況に応じて、担当については柔軟に検討します。

## Qualifications

・課題認識、問題解決に向けた創造力と実行力を持つ方 ・コミュニケーション能力、関係者を巻き込む力を持つ方 ・旺盛な好奇心と行動力 ・グローバルに動き回るモビリティのある方 MUST ＜経験・資格＞ ・水産関連ビジネスに従事した経験 ・国内・海外の取引先との折衝・交渉を通じ、主体的に取引先や組織の課題発見から解決までやり抜いた経験 ＜TOEIC＞（※目安です。TOEICの取得は応募時に必須の条件ではございません） 800点以上 ＜その他＞ ・企業分析を行える程度の基礎的な会計知識を有していること WANT ＜経験・資格＞ ベトナム語学習者・ベトナム語でのビジネス経験者歓迎
