This position sits within the Corporate Banking of Singapore team in the Global Corporate and Investment Banking. We are looking for a highly motivated team player with corporate finance skills to join our team and support the Singapore Local Corporate businesses. ### Job Responsibilities - Assist the relationship management and coverage of Singapore Local Corporate clients in various sectors - Support execution of corporate financing transactions for the corporate clients - Prepare client presentations, and develop client relationships through deal execution and pitching - Prepare internal materials and assist with managing internal approval processes - Assist with review / negotiate legal documentation incl. commitments papers and credit agreements Job Requirements: Degree qualified Analyst: Minimum 2 years' expereince in banking and finance industry Associate: Minimum 4 years’ experience in banking and finance industry Minimum 2 years’ experience in corporate finance - Proficiency in credit analysis and documentation Experience in stakeholder management to collaborate with other departments Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) is an equal opportunity employer.
