Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally.

Work in partnership with Relationship Managers in order to provide valuable support in managing the daily transactions of the Branch’s customers. Work in partnership with various departments in the Bank to support in delivering seamless transactions to the customer. Departments including but not limited to Operations. Build effective relationships with customers to deliver a high quality of service by assisting them with needs and to maximize utilization of the Bank’s products and services, as well as obtain relevant information in order to check compliance of complex transactions against rules and guidelines.

Handle direct communication with customers to obtain necessary documents, negotiate on various matters, make deals and provide information on various matters.
