### What you'll do

As an Associate Relationship Manager based in Hanoi City, you will immerse yourself in a role that is as rewarding as it is varied. Your days will be filled with opportunities to connect with clients, understand their evolving needs, and provide tailored solutions that help them succeed. By working closely with colleagues across different departments, you will help shape strategies that drive business growth while upholding the highest standards of compliance.

Your ability to foster trust-based partnerships—both internally among your team members and externally with clients—will be crucial in delivering outstanding results. Success in this position comes from your commitment to collaborative problem-solving, proactive communication, and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their goals. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with both internal and external customers, including affiliates and partner banks, to support their business needs effectively.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, create robust pipelines, close deals, and contribute towards achieving profit and KPI targets. Actively participate in strategic planning by following the direction set by the department or team and implementing continuous improvement cycles for assigned responsibilities. Strengthen alliances with partner banks through enhanced cooperation on various transactions, ensuring mutual benefit and shared success.

Lead by example within your team by offering guidance, support, and sharing valuable experiences to foster collective achievement. Conduct day-to-day operational activities aimed at developing customer relationships while maintaining high standards of service delivery. Support departmental initiatives focused on increasing revenue opportunities and delivering exceptional service quality to customers. Ensure proper credit management practices are followed alongside rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to maintain compliance with relevant regulations.

Stay informed about industry trends, products, laws, and regulations to ensure best practices are consistently applied in all aspects of your work.

### What you bring

A university degree majoring in Economics, Banking, Finance, Accounting or a related field is essential for this role as it provides the foundational knowledge required for effective relationship management. At least five years of experience as a Relationship Manager within the financial sector demonstrates your proven ability to manage client portfolios successfully. Excellent command of English—particularly in writing and reading—enables you to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders both locally and internationally.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint ensures you can efficiently handle reporting tasks and presentations required for client meetings. Outstanding communication skills empower you to influence others positively while presenting products or negotiating terms with clients. A thorough understanding of current industry trends, financial products, relevant laws, and regulatory requirements allows you to offer informed advice at all times.

Strong stakeholder management abilities enable seamless collaboration across departments for holistic client support. A high level of teamwork spirit combined with resilience under pressure ensures you remain dependable even when working towards challenging profit targets.
